Our services are accessed remotely over the internet therefore we do not generally ship products to you.
However in the case of promotional material such as cards and stickers, our normal delivery time is stated against the items in the Niggle Shop. If the item is displayed as "in stock" and does not require bespoke printing, it will normally be shipped within 5 working days. For bespoke items, the timeframe within which you can expect your goods will be agreed at the time of ordering.
Niggle operates in the UK only at present, therefore will not ship products overseas except in exceptional circumstances and by prior agreement. All our prices for postage and packing apply within the UK only.
We are committed to having a clear returns policy. Niggle allows you to change your mind if you decide the product isn’t what you want after all, in a reasonable timeframe and before you have used the service to a significant extent.
You may cancel your contract freely within the first 30 days by calling us on 07790 522196 or sending an email to cancellation@niggle.co.uk. Please state clearly the reason why you wish to cancel, so that we can improve our service in the case that our service was at fault. If you have simply changed your mind, we will respect your right to cancel as long as there has been no cost to Niggle. For clarity, in the event of cancellation, we will refund your payment in full, minus the value of any credits that you have already used.
For returns of physical products (such as promotional cards), please send by post to 62, Vale Farm Road, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6DP and explain why the goods are being returned. Your payment will be refunded in all reasonable circumstances. If you have any questions please email returns@niggle.co.uk
