Free Trial Terms and Conditions
The duration of the Free Trial is 14 calendar days from online activation.
You may set up the service and receive training on the use of the service before the Free Trial commences, and will have full control over the trial activation date.
You are advised that the Niggle service must be promoted effectively to your customers, and that it is your own responsibility to supply and use marketing materials on the premises. Niggle works best when used with a combination of posters and cards, the posters being prominently displayed and cards handed out to your customers. For a small fee, Niggle can provide a "Starter Pack" of materials suitable for the free trial period including posters and cards, printed with full instructions for the service. Please ask about our "Starter Pack" when discussing your trial with a member of our team.
You agree to be contacted by a member of the Niggle team after the first 7 days, to discuss the progress of the trial.
Following the Free Trial period, Niggle will be terminated if you have not subscribed to the full Niggle service, and you will receive no further customer responses. In this event, you take responsibility to cease promotion of the Niggle service by removing all promotional materials from the customer premises, in order to ensure no customer disappointment. The online dashboard will remain available for the following 14 days to enable reactivation if you wish to subscribe to the service thereafter.
