At Niggle, we want to create a business we can be proud of, in more ways than one. A business that is commercially successful, socially responsible, and an amazing place to work. That's why we need great, talented people, buzzing with enthusiasm and positive energy. In return we'll give you fair rewards and as many opportunities as you can handle.
Why should great people want to work at Niggle?
- Niggle makes sure you fit in. We only work with people we like! That's not to say we're not a diverse team. We think our differences are critical to our success.
- Niggle's on a mission! We believe in what we're doing - involving customers and improving businesses through feedback. We're committed to enabling customers and helping even the smallest businesses get the feedback process they deserve.
- Niggle is open to ideas. We're an ideas company, an innovation company, and those ideas can come from anywhere and anyone. We don't have it all figured out - maybe you can help us?
- You'll get feedback! At Niggle we practise what we preach, and we're a feedback company, so you can be sure of every opportunity to give and receive feedback, which we think is the fastest way to improving your skills and our business.
- You can work flexibly. We're a small nimble company, able to operate flexibly, and that includes creating roles that fit around our people. Your role with us could change quickly, if you want it to. We also support flexible working arrangements or remuneration wherever this seems to work.
- You'll be part of a successful team. We believe that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. We all have deliberately overlapping roles and we think that makes life interesting. Phrases like "that's not my job" are not heard at Niggle, and we delegate to make sure everyone's challenged.
- We're a happy bunch! We're an optimistic, idealistic company, always looking to the future. We don't waste too much time worrying about our competitors because we think there's space for any company that puts its customers first and serves them brilliantly.
If you think you might be a Niggle person, and you've got something to offer that you think might help us build our dream, please drop us a line at work@niggle.co.uk
Our vacancies are a little flexible and we will try to find ways of working with brilliant people who have something to offer us that we need, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with us. We can recruit at different levels of experience, so your personality and personal qualities are just as important.
